Stacker Doors Cost

Hi,
We are going through the process of getting some stacker doors to cover around ~20Ft (6500mm) area. We are planning to have a fake wall parallel to an existing wall to make a cavity so all the doors can end up in the cavity.

We have received varying costs ranging from 10k-15k (Including installation, cutting concrete to have minimal obstruction for the bottom sliders)

Posting here to get community's opinion on what should be our selection criteria while going through such process ? Are the ballparks estimates we have received on the mark ? Or any one have any recommendations for any companies for this work in Melbourne West

 

Interesting.. I just got a quote for one similar not too long ago.. the overall width for ours is 6000mm with 4500 opening X 2700 high for under $5k supply and install.

does trend windows/doors service your area?

 

Thanks - will call and check trend windows/doors. Thats what confused me as there is a lot of variation in price - which might be because of quality of glass. Would you have some pictures from the project you can DM ?

 

We haven’t had them installed yet.. but if you have a look on trend’s website they should show the configurations. We’re after the 3 x sliders into 1x cavity.. each component is approx 1.5m wide.

Ours are the budget model, but even the delux was no more than 7.5k from memory. If you can, get the doors the full height, floor to ceiling, as it looks way better..
