    Can see this becoming more common closer to the city. Would you say no if the developer came knocking wanting to buy the family home for 3x its worth?

    Good idea, strange lot shape. Must have been some hold outs.

    The most recent sale in that block was in 2013 selling for $1.468 for over 1000m2, next other was $816k in 2012 for less than 500m2.

    Obviously some are sitting pretty with healthy gains over 2 years

    wow.. great gain in 2 years for some! who knew about these rezoning stuff? Do we need to get a job at the council or have a Town Planner as your best bud and buy before any changes kick in?
