    Just having a look at the Saint's web site as we've a Variable interest rate loan with them that needs a better rate than what they currently have on us, unfortunately it's a WA Property and equity has taken a hit over the last few years so doesn't look like we can move the loan

    None look appealing in this current climate

    Not sure what the below Specialist Loan is?

    So, what's the question??
    My understanding is St George Portfolio Loan is a Line of Credit
    Funny how those rates don't seem appealing, rewind only a couple of years and those rates would be considered incredibly low
