    Hello Property Chatters,

    What are your thoughts on St Albans as a suburb to:

    1) Invest On (Size of land for it to be developable, best pockets, Typical floorplan configuration of the rentals in the area, renovated vs. unrenovated rental disparity, land zoning)

    2) Live in (Pockets to avoid, detached houses over townhouses and units)

    Any insights, inputs or thoughts are highly appreciated from those with knowledge of the suburb.
