    Hi everyone,

    Can someone throw some light on how to read this data from SQMResearch correctly?. (see attached). It says:

    All houses - 489.1
    3 Br Houses - 421.9

    Does this mean;
    A - There are on the average 489.1 houses with multiple bedrooms and 421.9 houses with 3 bedrooms, Or
    B - There are average of 481.1 houses of which 421.9 are 3 bedroom houses.

    I am asking this in order to find out the average house configuration (number of beds) in the suburb. Would love to know if there is any other way to find this.

    Thanks

    You would have to know how they extract figures.

    The search parameter may well be “minimum 3 bedrooms”.

    Neither that is the average asking price (your filter) for 3 bedroom houses and then asking for all houses.
