    Hi,

    I'm trying to get our properties financials in order, however, are a bit of a noob when it comes to excel spreadsheets. Does anyone have a document that they wouldn't mind sharing so I can easily keep tract of the in and out goings of our properties?

    Is this the most effective way to keep track?
