Spreadsheet to private inputs to Accountant for tax return

    Does anyone have a spreadsheet (that they don't mind sharing) that they use to provide all the inputs to their accountant for tax return purposes. Primarily focussed on IP, and also some shares.

    And also, I just noticed the title - the word private should be provide - some sort of auto correct must have been in place....
