    Hi Guys,
    We are currently finding difficulty in getting loan on a land we purchased where the land contract mentioned a specified builder only. One of the banks declined and we are struggling to find a lender. Do anyone has experience with this situation and knows which bank / lender is the best with this scenarios. Would really appreciate your help.

    In theory, no different than a house and land package ..........

    Where the issue may lie is in the actual development .

    Are these town houses or small lot builds that may share walls or slabs ?
