    its the only place I can talk **** 99% of the time and not be hosed down...yes, its addictive.:D:p

    Wish I'd discovered this 10 years earlier (or Somersoft in those days I guess)... In the time I've been lurking on these sites, I've gone from thinking my goal of '5 properties in 5 years' was ludicrous and well out of reach to thinking I may have set the bar too low as I'll be (hopefully) accomplishing it in 60% of the time frame!

    I'm always learning something new everyday, and each new day I become motivated than the last.

    Better late than never I suppose! (Thanks guys!)

    hmmm most people seem to be OK....cant please everyone.. I'm sure I have my fair share of 'haters' which is fine. Just need to be true to who you are.

    I spend all my time on my PC/at home, except for Friday and Saturday nights down at the pub. I do this because I hate the world and find it extremely difficult to deal with people unless I have alcohol inside me.

    P.S. I am not being a smart alec, I am 100% dead serious.
