I'm on here too much..every day.

Better than FB, and I don't Twitt or Instagram etc.

I get in trouble constantly for being on my phone, to quote my wife, "All the time". Working in front of a computer at work is also bad for my efficiency at work.

The people who are on here everyday would be the people most likely to see, read and vote on this post. That will probably skew the stats a bit.

Ive been through a few phases with somersoft. At the moment i read PC a few times a day but im not ready to buy an IP at the moment so i have no real need to be here. I find the posts here interesting and a good contrast to the parenting forum i usually frequent, which im a bit bored of.

I used to use somersoft until someone said something really racist or sexist and then that put me off and i retreated to my left wing parenting forum for a few months until it got boring and i came back. Then rinse repeat.

I havent seen anything too outrageous on PC or maybe there is more balance. could be that its better moderated than somersoft.

I sit in front of the computer at work the whole day and then try to get at least two hours of playing games on the home desktop late in the evening once the household is quiet.

I'm on here daily but not being on technolog constantly throughout the day.

I have replaced Facebook and co time with this being my "social media" time. you know surrounding yourself with smarter people and conversation... So that I'll get smarter by osmosis ;)

Also have done a big cull recently on fb to include more ip, entrepreneurs and some psychology pages so I'm surrounded by educational topics rather than trash.
Also thanks to @sim and the twitter feed on the Page I've got twitter up and running for only the investing, educating, people etc so it's business only (apart from a few token mates)

9* out of 10 experts agree that spending a moderate amount of time on PropertyChat every day is good for your health and good for your wealth.

( * - the 10th expert is as addicted as we are and spends all his time here)

One of the reasons I decided to get a casual job four years ago, after being a stay at home mum for many years was that as the youngest got closer to high school and I was no longer needed for reading help, swimming class spotter, sports afternoon driver etc - still doing canteen at two different schools), I went from super busy to gradually less busy.

I was on Somersoft and gradually realised I was clicking refresh several times an hour if I had nothing much to do. I was quite addicted, and thought it was time I did something productive.

I still update to see what has been posted several times through the day, and if I'm doing something at the computer, I have the screen open with whatever I'm doing open as well. I've just had three days away and did check on the phone to see what was going on. I really an quite addicted.

I don't use Facebook or anything else... no time for anything else seeing I'm here so often ;).

Hubby thinks I spend too much time here, and I feel like I need to sneak a peak when he isn't looking (pathetic really), but there are plenty of things he does that annoy me, so I guess we are even :p.

Highly addictive, I find it even more so when looking to buy. The variety of content and opinions keeps it fresh and always moving onto something new. There is so much knowledge accumulated here.

I definitely come here more than Facebook or anything else. There should be a time limit on property chat
