    They usually don't review the photos if you pay the fine. My brother often shifts the blame elsewhere. He spreads responsibility throughout the family.......because sharing is caring. :oops:

    Nice to see someone being honest and accepting responsibility for their actions instead of trying to be a victim, having a sook when they get pinged, and blaming it on the evil oppressive cops etc.

    the original premise of the thread wasn't about seeking good advice. personally, i'd pay the fine and deal with the consequences, but i don't think that is what they wanted to hear. :oops:

    I don't they'll 1.have a decent photo 2.actually check
    Is about cash changing hands not legalities

    Bob - I already said that personally, I would pay and take whatever the consequences are for my own action. Unfortunately, there are others who want to find a way out.......including those within my own family. If you didn't notice, I was referring to my brother with a huge hint of cynicism.
