My wife told me about a very specialist type of commercial premises build adjoining land that she owns in Mexico.

It's a hotel specialising in rentals by the hour.

They undoubtedly exist here too, I have no knowledge of this sort of property.

The one in Mexico was reported to the police. My wife understands that it was shut down, but she has no knowledge of whether it was reopened later.

The parking was limited, making it not especially useful as a longer term hotel.

These are 'love hotels' which are byo lover usually. There is one in Pitt street Sydney. Very common in Japan and Thailand.

Lot of hotel glass front lane-way rooms like that in Amsterdam where you rent everything per hour for 200 euro plus per hour ,so there is good money in renting rooms..

There's a lot of good knowledge in the forum, even going as far as the rates.

So does €200 cover only the room?

From what the Lady told me that was the going rate when the Lady in the door way asked me inside when the ""Wife ""got caught up in the laneway about 3 mts behind me ..I just told her I was married and waited for the wife..
Funny one was Geoff -- we were sitting with a English couple inside the red light area and they were waiting for their 17 year old son to come out from one of the rooms as he had never had sex--Young man comes out like he had just won power-ball ,and asked the Father just give meanother 200 ..

One of the wealthiest in the philippines was a guy i knew named archie king who was unfortunately killed in his helicopter.

He made a fortune from love hotels there called victoria court.

They were probably closed as police charity payments were not being made.

I've seen some in Sydney CBD.
    Pretty badly kept I hear.

Also sex dungeons for rent in Surry Hills.
Never been myself. You can google it.

Probably room to introduce better quality ones for sure. In Venezuela, they have drive in ones by the side of the road.

Formula 1 hotels have a similar function in Sydney. Though they rent by the night I believe.
