    I have a unit in Pyrmont that I want renovated and then sold. I'm after someone who knows the tricks of the trade and specialises in the niche market of spending the minimum amount to maximise the sale value of an investment unit, selling houses australia style (quick makeover). Likely to be a smaller builder that agents and investors know rather than someone who advertises. Thanks in advance
