    What is the most common special condition listed for lease for properties you have managed?

    and what is the most bizarre special conditional tenants have requested for lease?

    Landlord:

    Tenants must wipe their shoes on the purpose-built coir mat located at each entry point to the building, starting with the right foot first followed by the left. Repeat four times. Remove all footwear prior to entering the premises.

    Tenants must kneel at the shrine in the entry foyers and pay homage to the deity of the week as notified by email each Monday morning.

    Pokèmon Go is not permitted to be played in the premises at any time. Tenants are liable for any adverse floor loading or additional wear and tear of building material due to installation of pokèstops.

    Tenants not following these directions will be in breach of the lease and the lease terminated with vacant possession required in 14 days.
