    Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing an investment property in the Logan area around the $350,000 mark - can go up to about $375-380k for the right place.
Have been to a few opens of 3 bed, 1 bath places on around 600sqm blocks in Slacks Creek, Loganlea and Crestmead a couple of weeks ago, and also interested in Marsden, Kingston, Waterford West and also Inala (Not Logan, i know).
Are these suburbs you would recommend for my budget, and any others you would suggest I take a look at?

I would say check out Kingston and Slack Creek. They are right next to suburbs that are having alot of growth.
