    Hi All,

    Looking for some insights and feedback on South Ripley for IP in the long run. Secured a 480m2 land in the new Stockland Providence development project. Registration is expected mid of next year. Anyone here has looked into it or already bought something? Interested in knowing your thoughts around it.

    General feedback around places like that is too much potential supply will slow capital growth.

    I have not been going out to South Ripley for clients because it is just to far, you can take the money and buy a property in a far better location. You could get 15% from buying in the right area and then focus on sourcing a good deal by good deal I mean aim to purchase below market value.
