    In your property portfolio do you many of these type of investment? (Land portion not the building! )
    Live for the moment
    Either residential like this or commercial like under the ABC in Southbank Brisbane ?
    The ABC $12m for a 120 yr terminating lease on a 4,500 m2 piece of land . They own the building
