    Hi all,

    Has anyone purchased the Somersoft PIAFpu and what do you think of it?

    I mainly want to use it for retirement planning and cashflow projections.

    I own a copy - used it for portfolio modelling and cashflow projections early on. Haven't bought anything in a while, so haven't used it in quite some time.

    I do recommend it if you want to do some fairly sophisticated modelling of what purchasing one or more properties would do to your cashflow.
