A bit late in this instance - but better late than never.

That would be really good, if it was retrospective within a certain recent timeframe. Or at least have a review.

No one is mentioning the affect that property developers are having on NSW Government. I remember Barry O'Farrell who was premier at the time justifying his private meetings with Jamie Packer as "my door is always open to anyone" when his local constituents couldn't get a reply to their letters.

Don't hate the players for doing well in the game. We're all players in different games, eg negotiating game, capitalising on distressed sellers game, buying well in slow markets game, cosmetic reno to get a premium for cheap 'touch ups' playing on buyers emotions game etc etc. Most of us are players. Its business, and all legal.

I guess I would be dodgy too if I was a player AND referee.

Its just common sense. Its like how many people here would say NO to an agent if they were offered "do you want to know the real reasons why they are selling and their vulnerability?"

I don't think any business man would say 'no please keep it to yourself'.

We all play the game, the serious ones more so than the rest. just my opinion.

Has anyone got an update on this guy?
I heard one of his developments went bankrupt a couple of months back?
Is this the same one where he reduced the apartment sizes on people?

This guy has so many legal cases against him at the moment that it's not even funny. Very probable that he'll end up in jail for something but feel sorry for the people that's been burned by him and that's including the workers that's worked on some of his sites and had unpaid invoices.

    Good riddance

He's stuffed multiple people out of multiple thousands of dollars intentionally and dishonestly
