    Perhaps the landlord is Self Managing and also unaware of NSW regs?

    I'm tiny.....like around 150cm, so no, not at all helpful unless they have giant platforms. :eek:

    Sorry @skater usually your posts are of high quality, so I'm not quite sure what to make of this!?! :D

    It looks from the forwarded message that it's actually a friend of a friend and doesn't give any reference information as to why or how!

    A verbal statement from a builder certainly won't be enough. I'd even say a written one won't be enough, unless it states exactly what rule is being breached.

    Yeah, sorry. I think it is a friend of a friend's son. So, somebody who has only just moved out of home. I was expecting some more information, which hasn't come, so I don't know what to make of it either. All of my questions have gone unanswered, so probably best we move along from here.

    I think I need stilettos WITH large platforms.......and then I'd still be struggling.:D
