Solicitor Recommendations - NSW Metro

    I am looking for a property specialist solicitor / lawyer preferably close to the Parramatta area in NSW. I used to use a solicitor who was pretty good and offered really good prices. It appears he may be retiring so I am looking to find a new solicitor.

    The fees I used to pay were $50 per each contract review and about $1200 for legal fees during settlement. If I purchased the property that he had reviewed the contract for, he usually used the $50 as a credit.

    His specializations were mostly around property law and fencing / contract review and he has been quite prompt in communicating and always very sharp and good at finding solutions.

    I am wondering if people here have used any lawyers that they have been happy with the communications and fees.

    Why do they have to be in or around Parramatta?

    I have used Caputo lawyers in Rozelle twice, once as a buyer and once as a seller and they were excellent both times. Also reasonably priced (for a lawyer).
