    Good people of PC, I am wondering if anyone knows a lawyer / solicitor with a dedicated specialization in negotiating / fighting easements preferably in Western Sydney although open to other areas.

    I dont want just any lawyer that does property but rather someone that specialises in easement negotiation to gain grant of easement or potential court presentations (I am assuming these are usually fought in the supreme court).

    Recommendations would be appreciated, happy to talk in PM if you are not comfortable sharing details here.

    I had a client use Hones Lawyers. They seemed satisfied on disputing a easement / ROW
