    I guess that is the problem if 2 places use the same name and have someone with the same name working in each & most using first name only in references.

    Also if you use the same/similar logo, almost the same website, etc, let's face it Aaron, they are trying to look the same & be associated so someone does not know the difference.

    I just tried to do a name search, ASIC shows the name "The Conveyancing Shop" with only one entry and cancelled, so I do not know what the story is there.

    Anyways, enough time spent on this.
