Any advice on where you can find the sold prices of large blocks of land to developers?
Our residential area is under review for potential development and wanting to get an idea on what a developer would pay for the land.

Rp Data or price finder will have the info, but you'll need to pay for those services unless you can find someone with a subscription.

Realestate.com.au does have a "sold" section so you may be able to find it there.

Have a look at sqm research

SQM Research - Free Property Data

If you search the suburb in the 'free' section, click on 'sold prices'.

You will get a graph like the one below. If you hover over the dot point, it will give you the address. Might work.

    Try using globe.nsw.gov.au

Download the plug-in and install on Google Earth.

I'm in the North West suburbs of Sydney.
Will check out the above, shame I don't have pricefinder.
