I think the house is a little bit loose, better take that too just in case.

The contract has completed so their rights to sue under the terms of the contract has also ended. There probably was no specific agreement in relation to leaves anyway.

New owner seems a little loose as well. Probably don't want to take that, tho.

Previous one was an old bridge from Gundagai.

New one is White island, a volcanic island off the north island of NZ. Well worth a copter flight over to walk around it (as long as the volcano is having a day off :) :)).

    1. Put their invoice though a shredder.

    2. Stuff it into an envelope.

    3. Tape it to a brick.

    4. Send it back to them.

    5. COD....

Carefully cut the invoice they send into a dozen leaf shapes and post it back as a collage. Invoice them $100 for stress, anxiety and sleepless nights the invoice has caused.

What? And miss the pleasure of the COD?

Although Bob, your suggestion is outstanding.
