    Looking for under valued real estate deals that fit into my investment plans and pounce when found. They always exist imo.

    Well our chosen strategy is buy bmv, add value by developing then sell some, refinance some and rinse and repeat. Currently were also looking for a reno and flip but it has to be the right deal with a good buffer which is not easy in most of the current markets but if we come across it and the numbers work well pounce. We're pursuing mostly off market deals with our reno/flip strategy in mind to bypass the competition.
