We are considering solar electricity from Apex Global Solutions for a site with 10 small commercial holiday homes (2 and 3 bedrooms each) in a sunny part of Australia.

Current electricity bills are about $1000/month depending on vacancies (each home has heating and cooling).

    Here is what is proposed:

    27.75 kW Solar System = 250 Watt x 111 panels + 20kW & 10kW ( 2 solar inverters) - connected on 3 phase power.

NEW SOLAR SYSTEM - $700 ex GST per month will be your new revised repayments on a rental agreement for 72 Months. You own the solar system at the end of the term after completion of these repayments.

We have reduced the price from our original offer by $4600+GST as the system size has been reduced.

Do others with experience on solar have advice on what we should ask next? What are the common pitfalls with an agreement such as this?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi drfuzzy,

Just wondering how you ended up with this? Did you go ahead with it? How's it going for you? I'm also interested in this market
