    saw an ad for Origin Energy's solar as a service.

    Can't find anything to see if an IP would be eligible.
    If you could in fact have solar on an IP, it could be a nice sweetener to attract tenants or gain a higher rental return (due to the perceived value of cheaper power bills)

    I bought a Logan area IP with new solar on it. Agent rented it out for overs.
    Apparently it is appealing to tenants

    Good idea. I have solar in one IP, may look further into this
