Software to manage your property

    Hi guys,

    Just seeing how everyone manages their properties records wise.

    I'm ideally looking for a way to store all documents and produce profit/loss and all my stuff required for tax time.

    Any ideas?

    If i wasn't a property manager I'd be looking at some of the property addons for xero.

    Hi DT, can't actually find any targeted at investors rather than managers. Any suggestions?

    Dropbox or Google Drive or similar.

    Saasu or Xero.

    You don't really need specialised software. Good bookkeeping software will make tax time easier, use a spreadsheet for keeping track of other stuff you want to track.

    I use expensify and IFTT.

    When I receive a bill IFTT sends the email to my expensify account. Expensify then scans the attachment and adds it to a spreadsheet.

    I can then export this come tax time. I do have to make some small adjustments such as property name etc.
