    I agree and when targeting the OOs who have money, the whole finance/economy dynamic becomes less of a factor imo.

    But I am now a bull…… markets are rising and so are rents

    Whatever I can in Brisbane. APRA increasing the ceiling by 50 basis points for the majors aint going to stop the growth.

    Its them showing the public they are doing "something" rather than nothing. Watch the market continue to rise.

    Aren't you worried about the Evergrande, posibily Taiwan war, iron ore prices falling? Is it a long term buy and hold or are you going to flip?

    im not in the market as i have other plans, but out of interest.. what has changed in the market changed that much from 2020 to change you into a 'bull'? if anything i would have thought finances were easier to access back then, and also less buying competition

    low stock, strong demand and areas where school zones matter

    my strategy is not buy and hold, there is fat in the game.

    Been in the game for over 20 years, retired from property. I have survived low doc/no doc, mining bust of 2007

    There are many markets, many ways to skin a cat..
