    I would rather be a speculator than a spectator.

    Read the comments section after a real estate piece, the replies range from stupidity, anger, hatred, fear, ignorance to jealously.

    I sometimes think that property investing is a dirty word yet we only operate within the existing regulations.
    The rules of the game can be learnt by anyone, if they change then so will our approach.

    I speculate that in the future, people will want to live in a house. :p

    So I keep buying and building houses on the basis that someone will want to live there. Livin' on the edge! :)
