    Hi there looking at getting property in the SMSF portfolio at Seaford and have seen plenty which look good from a long term value (c. 20 yrs). An example of which is here:

    Any suggestions or ideas on this property and the suburb would be appreciated.

    obviously your on a great income or you dont mind putting extra contributions in?

    That's a relative question I guess but both spouse and I are looking at contributing 25k each annually into super. Still have 15 years to retire so want to be able to set ourselves up strongly.
    Any feedback on the suburb would be great.
