Thanks I am a Chartered Accountant who at the end of the accountants exemption - 1 July 2016, reluctantly had to become a financial planner in order to perform my business, which is the establishment of self managed superannuation funds. I personally dont believe advice on smsfs should be required, rather a choice of the individual. All the pressure on smsf's now is paid for by industry fund kronie's.

Generally we specialise in SMSF loans......which you need to these days, and take care of this for all of our clients who buy property. Like normal residential loans, mortgage broking is stressful business and with smsfs its definitely becoming a niche.

The point of the op is a topic that many don't understand and generally people complain when they have to pay for legal advice, I believe the legal advice is imperative to the process, particularly when joe blow has been sold property off the plan from a spruiker.

    Cheers Ivan
