Smarter Property Management

Hi, my name is Deborah. I own and work for RealSmarter, which specialises in property management around the Brisbane region. I also provide a buyers agent service to my clients. As the owner of multiple investment properties, I was so tired of bad property managers that I started my own business!

I'm here on the forum to help others, but also to learn new things as I believe fundamentally that you can never get too much education. I have personally heavily invested in my own education, which has paid off ten-fold.

I believe passionately that property investment done well is a great vehicle for wealth creation as that is how I have made my money (I simply have no head for share trading ) However I often see people who have ended up with the wrong investment property - one that is costing them money, or not meeting their wealth goals and I work with my clients to turn these lemons around, or in the worst case scenario, sell and purchase something more in line with their goals.

If you don't mind me asking, what area(s) of Brisbane are you specialising in?
