    Had noticed this magazine's absence in the stores over the last month or two, looks like it's gone and it's down to API and YIP now

    They are currently staying active with regular emails but will be offering an online service in the near future I think. I hadn't been receiving my subscription so I contacted them and I got a refund.

    Yes, it is gone. Reckon they couldn't find their niche. Started as "first investment property" or something catering to first time buyers. After 5 issues or so it stopped and SPI was started. It was just another magazine, could not position itself. May be three magazines is a lot, so down to two again.
