Small pin holes on new blind fabric

    Hi,
    The new roller blockouts installed in my apartment have small holes like pin holes on the fabric. They scattered randomly all over the fabric so that they look like shiny spots under sunlight. Is it usual or the fabric is crappy?

    This is not usual. The backing coat has been damaged.

    I would return them.
