    Dear All,

We managed to get two blocks next to each other in woodridge. Both blocks have existing houses (old Fibro) that are currently renting.

We now wish to explore our options of developing them. I am told that we need to ask the council and engage a town planner to explore the best options.

Does any one know good town planners in logan / woodridge area. Any prior experience would also help.

    Thx subodh

Asking the council is not a great idea, they don't often like to say no to ratepayers over the phone, different story once you actually apply.

What are you looking at doing? What is the market like there for units/townhouses/ new houses.

PM me the address and I will have a quick look and respond through here sans identifying information

    Hi
Just as a update I got feedback from the council that the max we can do is to add two ancilary units of 2 bed room on each site. We could remove the common fence & have a common driveway to both the anciliary units.
Now checking out the cost of build and potential rental demand / return for 2 bed dewellings in Woodridge.
    Regards

Is the land big enough to do a 2 into 3 subdivision?

    Hi,

Thanks for inquiry. The best we can do is two ancillary units at the back of existing house. 2 bed each.

Got to do more feasibility on this.

    Regards
