    Hi Folks

Keen for people's opinions on Skye. Lots of talk on here about Frankston & Carrum Downs, but not so much on Skye.

    Cheers

    Dave

    Ive heard its falling.

But people have been saying that for years - and it hasnt materialised - . Someone is always close by to tell you your doing it wrong and the Skye is falling.

Who knows. I just keep doing my thing.

    Hey Dave,

It's had an uplift in prices the same as Carrum downs has. It's always had a "better" name than CD.

But if you had bought in either CD or Skye in the last 5 years you would have made a decent profit.

CD prices have really gone boom in the last 6 months.

Properties that sold for $280k in 2010 are now getting $450k, similar lift in Skye, most stuff is over $500k in Skye due to being bigger and newer dwellings
