    Still considering having 12mth old buffalo turf stripped and replaced with SW in September-Oct. Its most of the front. Its OK (95 out of 100) but I have a side bit that is SirW and its always better and more lush and greener. Chokes weeds naturally and is quite cool on bare feet on the hottest day. Only thing that grows in it is the occassional mushroom. Tolerate drought well.

    Love my lawn. Its the one many ask why it looks so good. Last month civils dug up one side of street and left a messy trnech....Not my side . Happy. :)
