Just guessing but by the time insulation, driveway, fencing, flooring, window screens, clothes line, air conditioning, anything other than basic builder's tiles etc, etc are added the price would be closer to 200k with a low standard of fittings.
From 134k but ....three examples nowhere near it. Is the price a lockup ? Apparently they are specifics land Devs where they get volume. You buy land. All spec built with little or zero choice. Real budget builds. Check and compeare specs to display and they won't be alike. Guts will be ripped from cost so check with care No site costs? I would read and understand this carefully.. approvals? What isn't included
