    I’d also like to see tiered escrow periods for shares issued under IPOs, capital raisings and finance facilities.

    They want to apply a tax to reduce trading bots?

    Did I read that right?

    Sounds like they want another fear based reason to apply more taxes

    I am going to start a change.org petition to end discrimination for the hard working Bots on the ASX.

    Seriously though this petition is ridiculous. The ASX is a company in its own right, they no doubt make a lot of money from transaction costs incurred from bot trading, there is absolutely no justification for gov to intervene and tax this activity.
