The pm had probably gone the Glazier route, which is resulting in full replacement, job finished. If you go the handy man you'll have the silicon job, which will give you change from a hunjy but he'll be back next year

I had a leaking shower screen in a rental we lived in - turned out it was installed upside down!

I'd much rather have it repaired once, the right way, so I don't have to deal with it again. Might cost me a bit more right now, but will save me more in the long run.

LOL amazes me how some people can do stuff like that. I had an interesting one with a ensuite renovation. There were issues after it was done, got the guy to come back, turns out his junior had stolen the membrane for himself.

Doesn't sound like a waterproofing issue, it sounds like surface water eighter jumping over the angle under the shower screen. Re silicone shower screen. Or maybe the bottom plastic seal on shower screen needs to be replaced.

Not sure if it has been asked already but is it a frameless glass screen.
We have one in our PPPOR and it leaks like a sieve..

    It's a semi-frameless shower screen.
