    Hi all,

I'm about to organise a shower screen and was wondering what the minimum width of a shower single glass panel would have to be for water not to spread to the rest of the bathroom.

the single glass panel would be on the left side (foot traffic on right side) width of room is 1750

p.s the floor tiles look a lot darker then they actually are.

600W would be minimum I would do, if its a wall rose. If its a rain shower head then 1000-1200

I think it might have to be a bit more, especially if you are a vigorous showerer.

it will be a rainhead i would have thought longer for rose though? well it being 1750 i can get max 1100 width panel allowing 650 for entrance to shower area. just don't want to install it and then find out the splash from the rainhead starts to pool outside shower area

    I don't think it would be a problem, particularly not with a rain-head :)

I'd actually go bigger in the entry - 1000mm panel would be heaps

Have you had a bathroom with rain-head faucet only before?

I have a rain head and mine is 900mm and no water runs out. I have fall in the tiles that runs back to a strip drain that runs parallel with the shower screen.

In my experience, rain-head only can be a bugger for washing your hair. In winter, particularly with an open cubicle where the steam doesn't stay inside, it can be coldish and finally, not as easy to clean the shower without a traditional.

it will be attached to side of vanity, which i'm yet to put it. leaving it out for a while whilst i test moisture "air intake" for exhaust fan. thinking i may need floor vent under vanity.

    Hey Looks good!
I know it is too late now - but I would have put the flick mixer near the opposite the entrance. I can't stand that rush of cold water. But then you also have a bit of a delay between changing the temp and it reaching the head.

    Cheers
