Jessica from Furniture Hire and Styling Australia FHSA here in Perth FHSA.COM.AU did such an amazing job when she styled my unit and Cribb Creative Crib Creative - Marketing for Real Estate, Builders and Small Business took some wonderful photos too.

I have no doubt that the staging and photography added tens of thousands of dollars to the sale price. I couldnt have been happier. I highly recommened staging. Well worth every penny. So appreciative and grateful for Jessica's help. And thanks so much Cribb Creative for their awesome looking photos. It really captured the scene perfectly. :)

Check out the before photos, vacant shots and shots from when I had it leased compared to the staged photos in the next reply

Wow. Completely different. I really like split level rooms, too. Such a good way to creat a sense of two rooms.
So it's on the market now?
How much did the staging cost?

$2200 for 5 weeks and then you pay an amount weekly.

You won’t need more than five weeks anyhow! I didn’t. You should be able to sell within 5 weeks.

Mine sold after the first home open. I was pretty happy with the price offerred so I accepted.

The lighting and angles on the staged photos are much better too. Every little bit helps

Looks good to me - looks like a liveable place, where some of the staging I've seen makes the houses/units look ... staged. Fake. Unrealistic.

I want someone like her to come and stage my house, then I'll buy the stuff! (not sure how much that would cost )

PS - and I love the parquetry flooring!

If I was single, I'd love to live in that place. My first thought was "Mary Tyler Moore Show". I love painted brick, parquet flooring and the split level, mid-century sort of feel.

    Love it. Well done.

Though I've heard that one staging trick is to use slightly undersize furniture (like beds) in smaller rooms to give an illusion of more space than actually exists. This may apply more to apartment builders.

That indoor AC unit sitting on the table wasnt going to work. Blurred pics and budget looks didnt show off the property features. If anything it made it look worse.

Good example of merits of using a pro to style, rented furnishing etc. Looks like a different place.
