    Hi

I have received a new qrtly bill from the strata management business that runs the body corporate for the units of which I have 1.
The fee's have jumped by over 10%...

Should the strata management mob have pre advised of a planned increase, or raised this prior to or at our annual - AGM, (2 months ago)....
There is no reference made to this in the minutes of the agm....

The proposed levies would be in the AGM notification and would have been voted for by the BC.

Did you attend the AGM or read the AGM Agenda, which should have a copy of the proposed budget?
