Try milk with milo. It's a lot cheaper.

Anything isolated from its natural form is harmful.
Look at the destruction isolated sugar causes in society - sugar in whole food, raw form is ok.

Eat real food, untampered with and as it comes from nature.

My son is into working out. I’ve got him on raw hemp seeds

This could be the reason your toilet’s been getting clogged up lately.
Surely you could spend some of that 150k on a plumber to fix it ?

Remember one thing ...less is more.

    At 100kg you're a big boy and I wouldn't mess with you.

If I were your personal trainer I'd have you on 2500 calories a day. A mxture of cardio (40 minutes) and weight bearing exercises (again 40 minutes) every second day.

Every 8 weeks one week complete rest. Then one week of jogging every morning and 30 minutes of running up sand hills at Botany (dodging any buried individuals from the last 50 years who have resurfaced).

@MyDarlinghurst - it's all depends upon what you want to achieve- weight gain or lose? Strength vs endurance?

Bcaa, protein and glucosmine are essential but do seek advise and dyor.

I do like post workout protein shake. I have tried pre workout and yes it does makes a little difference but full og sugar and once i started on it. Took me a while to get off. I prefer short black, cheap and best.

I'm lazy and into shortcuts so give me semi legal untested chemicals anyday. 12 weeks of LGD4033/4 weeks off then 8 weeks on SR9009 and keto/fasting all while lifting heavy.

Disclaimer: I have no idea what i am talking about and have only used this stuff on my spider monkey but he looooves this stuff.

skim milk powder mixed in skim milk. More protein than your body can absorb .

Pre workout is usually just caffeine and a bunch of additives and they charge 100s for it.

Protein is good value though, helps ya hit daily macro targets if ya can't with normal food. Normal food is obviously better for you, but protein is cheaper and more convenient.

it’s hard to give you much to go off based off what you’ve mentioned. For example what are your training goals? Then how much are you eating now? What are you aiming for - gain or lose weight? What does your training consist of?
Regarding supplement .. use them if you need them. Is it more convenient for you? Finding it hard to get your protein intake? No time to cook?
What supplement to choose? Dont know your situation but I definitely think pre workout is not needed. Just eat some food prior to training and after training that has a good ratio of carbs and proteins, then wash it down with coffee. I do think it’s better to get your nutrients from food sources. I eat what ever I want (I’m flexible with it but still has self discipline) that can be meats, vegetables or even pizza and chocolate (people label as “bad” food). That happens during offseason, but everything is still planned out. Currently in comp prep mode so everything has been tightened up now so I have further control of my intake.

You're having too much protein so your s%!# is hard and unable to flush. Eat some bananas to soften the poo. Don't buy pre-workout, have a coffee instead.

    Bulk nutrients (Aussie company).
$27 per kilo for WPC protein.
    Pre workout is aroun $20
    Creative monohydrate $11 for 250g

    So cheap.
Best mixing stuff I have bought.

Wouldn't bother with pre workout, mainly sugar - try a coffee
I have a mixture of creatine, glutamine and electrolytes in a drink during workout
I exercise before work so when I get to work I have a protein shake in soy milk.
Milk is one of the best drinks to have after exercise as it repairs the small tears in muscle after a workout. If you notice a lot of AFL teams will have a milk drink after a game. It used to be Big Ms in my day

Good start but being 100kgs id start at 3000 calories and slowly pull calories out every couple weeks and long black coffee for energy
