I'm planning to do mini reno on my PPOR to the kitchen/dining. Its a fairly large area with medium off white tiles. The grout has become pretty dark over the years.
I'm thinking regrouting the tiles with white/grey grout would be a relatively simple way to refresh the space. I'm not very handy but willing try myself, but should I ? Or get professionals to do it ?

Why not give it a go? Get a tool to scrape the group out and then mix it up and apply it. If you've never grouted, I'm sure there would be Youtube videos to watch and get an idea.

If you don't like the finish you can always get someone in but it is cheap and easy and really you can't hurt anything.

Yep - this is one thing you can DIY. Go bunnings and get some grout cement powder (NOT the premixed stuff - they charge you a mint for the water and mixing!!), a rubber applicator thing ("squeegee"), a big car washing sponge and buckets.
