    :D

Won't be getting a group certificate this year,as i haven't formally engaged in paid employment but was thinking it might be worth while to get a job this fin year to take advantage of paying very minimal tax.

Something like delivering pizzas or i did even notice the census is coming to town and need people. Is this a clever strategy ;) for world domination?

    Depends on the job ;)

If you think you'd like the additional income and would enjoy some working, why not

Haha i thought that too when i considered the local pizza joint! I'd be ripping myself off with cash!

Domino's is around $22/hr but if its "tax free", it's the eqiuv of $30 odd at a "normal job"

    You don't have a job?

I would get the coolest job I could find, and walk out after earning 18k.

Like... being one of those activity guys on an island resort.

Just a bit limited here. Maybe I'll be a PM or even better the real PM, are we happy with Malcolm?

There's only 7 weeks left of the financial year. Will have to be some job to take advantage of the $18k tax free limit.

I would assume if you aren't working you must have some other income, wouldn't you be over the tax free threshold anyway?

Regardless, my suggestion would be similar to @Bran -do something really fun for a few months, hiking guide, kayaking instructor etc etc.
