    It's the cap rate which is spectragic not the yields. Low yields are a reflection of security and stability not risk. They haven't mentioned the WALE only the strength of the anchors.

    Shopping center yields have definitely compressed over the years as there are very few currently on the market for sale, with huge demand from both local and overseas investors.
