So my imaginary friend has an IP. And this morning we inspected it after Tenats moved out and we were shocked. Like literally.

We were holding hands and he went for the switch and it shocked us. With electricity that is. Otherwise property was left in pretty much the same condition as rented.

What should we dooooo? Should we sue ex tenant for shock and suffering? Or was it pain and suffering?

I'd advise your friend that they've missed their calling in life - they should become a conductor.

Your tenant seems pretty switched on and down to earth.

Sounds like you didn't put up much resistance?

Ohm, I think you should get a sparky to take a look at it

Would buying a pair of shocks increase resistance?

You should short circuit the process & get your sparky out there - possibly a faulty switch or damaged earth.

Not sure if this topic is showing you in a positive light... we should ask a moderator... is Simon 'Ampel around?

I had to read your post in a different light to fully understand the subtle nuances! Good thing Sherlock Ohms was nearby to help...
